(1)Bmass Investment Co., Ltd 現金減資美金11,000,000元，將資金美元
10,347,700及美元652,300分別匯至對其持有94.07%之本公司及5.93%之Dmass
Investment International Co.,Ltd，再由Dmass Investment International
Co.,Ltd辦理等額現金減資，將資金匯至對其持有100%之Cmass Investment
Co., Ltd，最後再由Cmass Investment Co., Ltd辦理等額現金減資，將資金
匯至對其持有100%之本公司以供集團資金整體運用。
(2)Bmass Investment Co., Ltd、Cmass Investment Co., Ltd及Dmass
Investment International Co.,Ltd 均為本公司之重要子公司，三家公司之
減資係屬同一事件，減資之董事會決議日期、預計股東會日期均相同，故一
併公告之，以利投資人了解。
